1.1. Dog Psychology Center LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides online booking for dog boarding, boarding with training, and puppy bus services (round trip).
1.2. By purchasing our services or using our Wallet features, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2.1. You acknowledge and agree that participation in daycare, boarding, training, socialization, transport, and all other DPC services involves inherent risks.
2.2. Although DPC staff apply professional handling, supervision, and safety protocols, dogs are animals and unpredictable behavior may occur.
2.3. You expressly understand and accept that risks include, but are not limited to:

2.5. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, you voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility associated with your dog's participation in DPC services.
3.1. In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, you authorize DPC staff, at their discretion, to transport your dog to a licensed veterinary clinic and approve any treatment deemed necessary.

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DPC, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death of your dog, or for any loss or damage to personal property arising from participation in DPC services.
4.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, where such exclusion is prohibited by UAE law.
4.3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DPC from any claims, damages, costs, or legal actions arising directly or indirectly from:

5.1. All dogs must be collected by the published closing time.
5.2. Any dog not collected by closing time will be automatically checked into overnight boarding, and:

5.4. No exceptions or fee waivers shall be granted.
6.1. All dogs must be maintained on effective flea, tick, and internal parasite prevention and de-wormed at least every three (3) months.

6.4. All associated costs shall be charged to the owner in accordance with prevailing veterinary fees.
7.1. You grant DPC irrevocable permission to photograph, film, and record your dog during participation in DPC services.
7.2. Such media may be used for marketing, advertising, promotional, and educational purposes across websites, social media, print, and other platforms.
7.3. No compensation, ownership rights, or approval rights are owed to you.
8.1. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
8.2. All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice.
9.1. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date.
9.2. For package cancellations, the cancellation period may be up to 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. If any session within the package has already been used prior to cancellation, the fee for each session used will be charged individually, according to the individual session pricing schedule.
9.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days.
10.1. Cancellations are subject to our approval. Clients may cancel a booked service by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
10.2. Cancellation requests received after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200 to cover expenses incurred.
10.3. For home sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any home session cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be fully charged.
11.1. Nature of Wallet: The Wallet represents prepaid value denominated in AED and may be used solely for services provided by the company. The Wallet is not a bank account, payment instrument, or regulated stored-value facility.
11.2. Non-Refundable Funds: All amounts added to the Wallet are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed outside the company's services.
11.3. Credits and Bonuses: Any bonuses, rewards, credits, or promotional value (including referral rewards) granted to a client:

Validity & Expiry: All Credits, bonuses, benefits, and Pack Status privileges are valid for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the date they are earned or achieved, unless otherwise stated. Upon expiry, unused balances or benefits will automatically expire and will not be reinstated or compensated.
11.5. Usage Limits: The company may limit the maximum amount of Credits or bonuses that can be applied to a single booking. Any remaining balance must be paid using the Wallet balance, card payment, or other accepted methods.
11.6. Wallet Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or refund, any bonuses or rewards used will not be reinstated. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the company's discretion and will not recreate expired or promotional balances.
12.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.
12.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
13.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
14.1. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
